Bar clamp Wolfcraft PRO MAX 300 mm 1-handed (model WF3071000)
One-handed bar clamp Wolfcraft PRO MAX 300 mm is a compact clamping tool designed for single-handed operation in assembly, gluing, carpentry and general workshop tasks. Its combination of metal and durable plastic construction provides a stable hold for wood, panels and other common materials while allowing quick, repetitive clamping and fast release. The device is sized for a maximum clamping capacity of 300 mm and is intended for straightforward, reliable use in hobby and professional settings.
The one-handed trigger mechanism enables rapid application and release with a single hand, improving efficiency when positioning workpieces or applying adhesive. Robust metal components ensure axial stability under load while plastic elements reduce weight and prevent surface damage to workpieces. The compact form factor and ergonomic handle make it suitable for confined workspaces and repetitive tasks, and the quick-release feature simplifies adjustments and repositioning.
Place the clamp so the fixed jaw contacts one side of the workpiece and the movable jaw aligns with the opposite side. Squeeze the trigger with one hand to advance the movable jaw until the desired clamping pressure is achieved; do not overtighten. For larger adjustments, press the quick-release lever to reposition the sliding jaw along the bar and then continue squeezing the trigger to fine-tune the clamp. After the adhesive has set or the operation is complete, press the release to open the clamp and remove it from the workpiece.
Use the clamp with the soft contact pads against finished surfaces to minimize marks. Inspect the clamp periodically for wear on the sliding mechanism and clean the bar of debris to maintain smooth operation. For tasks requiring higher clamping force or wider capacity, select an appropriate larger clamp to avoid stressing materials or the tool.
