How to use

Mount the SDS-plus mandrel securely into a compatible rotary hammer drill with an SDS-plus chuck. Position the annular cutter on the marked drilling point and apply steady pressure while running the drill at the recommended speed for masonry work. Use short, controlled feed strokes and allow the cutter to remove material without forcing it. Periodically withdraw the cutter to clear debris through the discharge holes and to prevent overheating. For through-holes, continue until the cutter breaks through the material and then retract the tool.

Usage recommendations

Use appropriate personal protective equipment such as safety glasses, hearing protection and dust mask. For best results in dense or reinforced concrete, consider pre-drilling a pilot hole or using appropriate specialist cutters. Keep the carbide cutting edges clean and replace the cutter if wear affects hole quality.
