Pliers YATO YT-2052, PVC handle, 200 mm length, 1 pc
YATO YT-2052 pliers, 200 mm overall length, with PVC-coated handles provide a compact, general-purpose hand tool for gripping, bending and cutting tasks in mechanical, electrical and maintenance work. The tool is supplied as a single piece with a corrosion-resistant finish and an ergonomic PVC grip to improve handling during repetitive use. Manufactured with durable jaw materials, the pliers suit everyday workshop and site use where reliable mechanical performance is required.
The jaws are produced from 50CrV steel, offering high resistance to abrasion, impact and stretching for longer service life. The cutting blade area has a hardness of 55–60 HRC to maintain cutting edge durability. The PVC-coated handle improves grip and user comfort while reducing slippage during manual operations. A corrosion-resistant finish protects the tool in humid or dirty environments and reduces maintenance needs.
Hold the pliers by the PVC-coated handles with a firm but controlled grip. Use the jaw tips to position and hold components, apply bending force through the handles while keeping the workpiece supported, and use the cutting area to trim wires or small metal parts that fall within the tool’s cutting capability. Avoid using excessive force beyond the tool’s design limits and keep fingers clear of the cutting edge. After use, wipe the tool clean and store it in a dry place to preserve the corrosion-resistant finish.
Use the YATO YT-2052 pliers for general-purpose gripping, bending and cutting of soft to medium-hard materials. Do not use the tool on hardened wire or as a substitute for heavy-duty cutting tools. Regularly inspect the jaws and cutting edge for wear and maintain the finish to extend service life.
