Socket 3/8" drive YATO YT-38510, length 63 mm, 1 pc
YATO YT-38510 is a single 3/8" drive socket with a 63 mm overall length designed for use with compatible 3/8" drive ratchets, extensions and adapters. The chrome-finish steel construction provides a corrosion-resistant surface and standard hex engagement for fastening and loosening nuts and bolts in automotive repair, maintenance and general assembly tasks. Supplied as an individual piece, this socket is suitable for replacing a worn tool or expanding an existing socket set.
The socket features a precision-machined hex profile for secure grip on fasteners and reduced rounding. Its 63 mm length gives extra reach compared with standard-short sockets while remaining compact enough for tighter spaces. A chrome-plated finish improves corrosion resistance and facilitates cleaning after use. The single-piece supply allows targeted replacement without buying a full set.
Select a ratchet or extension with a 3/8" drive and attach it to the square drive of the socket. Position the hex end over the fastener head, apply steady torque via the ratchet or breaker bar, and turn in the required direction to tighten or loosen. For tight spaces, use an appropriate extension or swivel adapter; for high-torque applications, use a longer breaker bar while observing torque limits for the fastener and tool.
Regularly inspect the socket for wear or deformation before use. Clean and lightly lubricate the square drive to prevent corrosion and ensure smooth attachment. Avoid applying impact tools unless the socket is specifically rated for impact use; do not exceed recommended torque for fasteners to prevent damage.
