Circular saw blade YATO YT-60577 — 1 pc
YATO YT-60577 circular saw blade is a single replacement blade intended for use with compatible circular saws. Manufactured from Widia with tungsten carbide teeth and brass brazing, the blade is suitable for cutting wet and dry wood as well as wood-based panels. Its BA-type alternate toothing balances fast material removal with smooth cutting performance, making it a practical spare for workshops and construction sites where a dedicated wood-cutting blade is required.
The Widia body with tungsten carbide overlay on the teeth provides extended cutting life and resistance to wear when working with wood and engineered panels. Brass brazed forks increase joint strength between teeth and rim, improving reliability under repeated use. BA-type alternate toothing delivers a compromise between rip and crosscut performance, allowing both accurate and relatively fast cuts. Supplied as a single piece, the blade is ready to mount as a replacement without additional preparation.
Before fitting the blade, ensure the circular saw is disconnected from power and the arbor lock or spindle brake is engaged. Mount the blade following the saw manufacturer's instructions, checking rotation direction marks on the blade and saw. Tighten the blade nut to the specified torque for your machine and verify the blade is secure and runs true before use. During cutting, use appropriate feed rates and keep guards and safety devices in place. Allow the blade to cool between extended cuts to maintain carbide life.
Use the blade primarily for woodworking tasks with compatible circular saws and avoid cutting abrasive materials or ferrous metals. Maintain sharpness by avoiding excessive heat and pitch buildup; clean resin deposits and inspect teeth for damage regularly. Match blade diameter and arbor size to the saw and replace the blade when cutting performance or safety is compromised.
