How to use

Hold the rasp by the plastic handle and, if needed, place the supporting hand on the integrated body support for two-handed control. Work the tool across the material in smooth, even strokes, applying moderate pressure to remove material gradually. Use the full length of the 250 mm working blade for consistent results and maintain an even angle to avoid gouging. When the working grate becomes dull or worn, replace it with a compatible spare grate of the same dimensions to restore cutting performance.

Usage recommendations

Use eye protection and a dust mask when working with plaster, wood or composite dust. For best results on gypsum board, use the rasp in long, deliberate passes and clear any accumulated debris from the perforations periodically to maintain cutting efficiency. Store the rasp in a dry place and replace the working grate when wear reduces performance.
