Cable tie YATO YT-70632, nylon, 50 pcs pack
YATO YT-70632 cable ties are nylon fasteners supplied in a pack of 50 pieces. Each tie is manufactured from PA66 polyamide in white color and is designed for reliable bundling and securing of cables, wires and small components in electrical, automotive and general maintenance tasks. The 350 x 7.6 mm dimensions and a maximum ripping force of 55 kg make these ties suitable for indoor applications requiring durable, low-cost fastening and strain relief. The ties feature one-sided serrations that lock the strap in place when the free end is threaded through the head, preventing opening without damage and allowing precise adjustment to the bundled circumference.
The use of PA66 polyamide gives these cable ties improved tear resistance, very good mechanical properties and increased UV resistance compared with basic nylon grades. Their 350 mm length and 7.6 mm width enable securing of medium to large cable bundles up to about 90 mm in diameter, while the UL-94 V-2 flammability rating ensures defined behaviour in the presence of ignition sources. The set of 50 pieces provides a practical quantity for workshops and maintenance tasks, reducing the need for frequent reordering.
Insert the free end of the cable tie through the head and pull until the loop tightens around the items to be secured. Adjust the loop to the required circumference before fully tightening; the serrations on the strap provide incremental locking and prevent the loop from loosening. For optimal performance, position ties so loads are borne along the length of the strap rather than on the head, and avoid overtightening delicate cables to prevent conductor damage. Once tightened, the tie is designed for permanent or semi-permanent fastening and generally cannot be reopened without cutting.
Use these ties for indoor applications and protected installations. For prolonged outdoor exposure or continuous direct sunlight, evaluate material ageing despite improved UV resistance; consider ties specified for outdoor/UV-stabilised use where necessary. When securing electrical conductors, leave appropriate slack and follow applicable installation standards to avoid cable damage. Cut off excess strap length flush to the head to reduce snagging.
