Select the blade or combination of blades that matches the nominal gap, then fold out the required blade from the holder and insert it into the joint or between the parts to be measured. After use, fold the blades back into the pivoting holder to protect edges and maintain the set in order.

Usage recommendations

Before measuring, clean contact surfaces from dirt, oil and burrs to avoid false readings. Store the gauge dry and, if necessary, apply light corrosion protection to blades after prolonged exposure to humid conditions.
