Perforator YATO YT-82118 1100W 3 Functions
The YATO YT-82118 1100W perforator is a rotary hammer designed for demanding drilling and chiseling tasks. Equipped with a robust 1100W motor and an SDS Plus chuck system, this tool supports rapid bit changes and sustained performance during intensive use. The tool’s three selectable functions—drilling, hammer drilling, and chiseling—cover a wide range of applications on concrete, masonry and other construction materials. The design includes ergonomic grips and a balanced weight distribution to reduce operator fatigue during prolonged work.
The 1100W motor delivers significant impact energy for efficient material removal and fast drilling in hard substrates. The SDS Plus system enables quick, tool-free bit changes and secure retention of bits under heavy load. Three-function control provides versatility for drilling holes, hammer drilling reinforced concrete, or light to medium chiseling work. The perforator’s ergonomic handle and auxiliary handle improve control and stability, while a durable housing protects internal components under jobsite conditions.
Select the appropriate function mode before starting: drilling for standard rotary drilling, hammer drilling for impact-assisted holes in concrete, or chiseling for material removal and surface work. Insert the correct SDS Plus bit by pulling back the chuck sleeve, inserting the bit until it locks, and releasing the sleeve. Secure the auxiliary handle in a comfortable position and use two-handed operation for best control. Apply steady pressure without forcing the tool; allow the motor and hammer mechanism to perform the work. When chiseling, use controlled strokes and reposition the bit as needed for uniform material removal. Always disconnect power before changing bits or performing maintenance.
Use appropriate personal protective equipment such as safety glasses, hearing protection and dust mask when working with the rotary hammer. Match bit type and size to the material and task, and use sharp, well-maintained bits to ensure efficient operation. For prolonged work, schedule brief pauses to inspect the tool and allow cooling. Store the perforator in a dry place and keep ventilation openings free of debris.
