Yeastar TA200 VoIP telephone adapter G.711 G.729A G.729B Fax T.38
The Yeastar TA200 VoIP telephone adapter converts analog devices such as telephones and fax machines to IP networks, providing one or two analog interfaces for residential users and small businesses. It supports voice codecs G.711, G.729A and G.729B and fax protocols including T.31 and T.38. The compact device measures 58 × 85 × 24 mm and is powered by a 5V/1A supply, offering FTP, TFTP, HTTP and HTTPS connectivity for integration with IP-PBX systems and SIP-based phone systems.
The TA200 offers a feature-rich set of telephony functions while maintaining a small footprint. It enables cost-effective migration from traditional analog equipment to IP voice, preserves existing telephone and fax investments, and supports reliable voice quality through multiple codecs. Simple web-based configuration reduces setup time and the adapter can be powered via a USB port or a dedicated 5V/1A supply.
Connect your analog telephone or fax to the adapter's FXS port and link the TA200 to your IP network via Ethernet. Configure SIP account and network settings through the web-based administration interface using a browser. Select preferred voice codec and fax mode (T.31 or T.38) according to the requirements of your IP-PBX or SIP provider, then save and apply settings to start operation.
For reliable fax transmission, enable T.38 when supported by your IP-PBX or service provider; if T.38 is unavailable, use T.31 and test call quality with G.711 for best compatibility. Place the adapter near network equipment to ensure stable Ethernet connectivity and use the supplied 5V/1A power source or a USB port capable of delivering sufficient power.
