Slave flash Yongnuo YN-560IV Black 3s recycling time
YN560 IV is an upgraded model based on the YN560 III. It is a universal wireless slave flash speedlite with GN58, a built-in 2.4 GHz trigger receiver and negative LCD screen. The unit is compatible with Canon and Nikon hot-shoe cameras and works with RF603 II, YN560-TX II and similar triggers. The flash can function both as a manual speedlite and as a controller/transmitter for other compatible Yongnuo flashes.
The Yongnuo YN560 IV combines a powerful GN58 output with an internal 2.4 GHz triggering system, eliminating the need for an external receiver on each flash. It supports manual multi-master and slave operation, offers a negative LCD for clear settings visibility, and provides straightforward compatibility with common triggers such as RF603 II and YN560-TX II. The flash is lightweight and portable, suitable for on-location shooting.
Attach the YN560 IV to your camera’s hot shoe to use it as an on-camera manual speedlite, or mount it on a stand and use it as an off-camera slave or wireless transmitter. Power the unit with four AA batteries, set the flash mode and power level on the negative LCD, and select the appropriate wireless channel/group to communicate with compatible Yongnuo transmitters or receivers. When used as a transmitter, the built-in trigger will fire other compatible Yongnuo flashes set to the same channel and group.
For reliable performance and near-spec recycling times, use fresh, high-quality alkaline or NiMH AA batteries. Verify compatibility and channel/group settings when mixing Yongnuo triggers (for example RF603 II or YN560-TX II) and ensure the slave flashes have line-of-sight or are within the 2.4 GHz radio range for consistent wireless operation.
