How to use
Charge the Zeblaze Ares 3 Plus with the supplied magnetic cable until full (approximately 1.5 hours). Install the FitCloudPro app on an Android 5.0+ or iOS 10.0+ device, pair the watch via BLE 5.2 and allow notifications and required permissions. Use the touchscreen and side buttons to navigate menus, select workout modes, view health metrics and manage watch faces. Make and receive Bluetooth calls when connected to a smartphone and access weather and notification alerts through the app integration.
Usage recommendations
For accurate heart rate and SpO2 readings, wear the watch snugly on the wrist and keep the sensor area clean. Avoid prolonged exposure to extreme temperatures and follow IP68 guidelines—do not use the watch in hot showers or seawater without rinsing and drying afterward.
