The Zeblaze Btalk 3 GPS (gray) is a lightweight smartwatch with built-in GPS, AMOLED display and speaker and microphone for calls. It tracks health metrics such as heart rate and SpO2, supports more than 60 sports modes and pairs with the Fitbeing app. The watch offers long battery life—up to 25 days in power-saving mode—and durable materials including Corning® Gorilla® Glass. How to use

Charge the watch using the included magnetic cable until fully charged (about 1.5 hours). Install the Fitbeing app on a compatible smartphone (Android 5.0+ or iOS 10.0+), then pair via Bluetooth 5.2. Use the rotating crown and touchscreen to navigate menus, select sports modes and start GPS tracking for outdoor activities. Enable continuous monitoring to record heart rate, SpO2, stress and sleep; configure notifications, alarms and Do Not Disturb in the app. Use the built-in microphone and speaker to answer calls and the music control and camera remote features to manage media on the paired phone.

Recommendations

For accurate GPS routes and health data, wear the watch snugly on your wrist during workouts and keep the Fitbeing app updated.
