How to use

Place the treadmill on a flat, stable surface and connect it to a suitable 220–240 V power outlet. Unfold the running deck until it locks securely in the operating position. Switch on the treadmill using the control panel, select a program or set the desired speed with the quick-select buttons and start walking or running. Monitor training metrics on the LED display and use handrail pulse sensors to check heart rate. After use, reduce speed to zero, power off, fold the deck flat and move the treadmill using the built-in transport wheels to store it under furniture or against a wall.
