The cable includes snagless RJ45 connectors with gold-plated contacts and an LSZH jacket for low smoke and halogen-free properties, suitable for use in datacenters and other indoor installations.

The slimline 3.8 mm diameter construction lowers the bending radius and occupies less space than standard 5.9 mm CAT6 patch cords, contributing to improved cabinet airflow. LSZH outer material reduces smoke and halogen emissions in case of fire. Gold-plated contacts and snagless RJ45 connectors ensure reliable connectivity. Note that the 28 AWG conductor used in slimline cords increases attenuation at higher frequencies compared with thicker 24 AWG cords.
