The ACT Singlemode Fiber Optic Cable 20m 9/125 OS2 with 4x LC connectors is a pre-terminated, ready-to-use indoor/outdoor fiber cable for high-speed data transmission. With a 9 µm core (OS2) it is designed to minimize signal loss over longer distances and can be used to connect rooms, floors or buildings. Each cable is factory-terminated, individually tested and delivered with a test report.

Advantages

Pre-terminated ACT fiber cables eliminate the need for field termination tools and test equipment because connectors are factory fitted and each assembly is tested after production. The cable construction provides mechanical protection for connectors and fanouts via transparent protective tubing on both ends and a robust outer design with a drawbar eye rated to withstand up to 350 N pulling force. Optical performance is strong: typical attenuation is 0.10 dB with a maximum of 0.15 dB, providing headroom in optical budgets and supporting future-proof installations. The protective hose is only 18 mm in diameter, facilitating installation through conduits and tight pathways. The product conforms to the Dca Euroclass under the European CPR regulation.
