Fiber Patch Cable Duplex SC ST 3m ACT
The ACT Fiber Patch Cable Duplex SC ST 3m is a 3-meter multimode fiber assembly using 50/125 µm OM2 fiber with SC connector on one end and ST connector on the other. This full-duplex cable delivers high-speed data transmission for short- to medium-range links and is manufactured with a Low Smoke Zero Halogen (LSZH) jacket to reduce toxic fumes and smoke in confined spaces. The cable is suitable for structured cabling in data centers, telecom rooms and network closets where reliable multimode links are required.
This fiber patch cable combines the stability of multimode OM2 fiber with a durable LSZH jacket that limits smoke and halogen release in the event of fire. The duplex construction supports simultaneous transmit and receive channels for bidirectional communication, while the SC and ST connectors provide wide compatibility with equipment using either connector type. The 3 m length gives flexibility for patching between nearby racks or panels without excess slack.
Route the cable through cable management pathways to avoid tight bends; adhere to the minimum bend radius specified by multimode 50/125 fiber standards. Align and insert the SC connector into the SC adapter or port until it latches securely, and insert the ST connector into the ST port with a quarter-turn bayonet engagement.
