The ACT Fiber Patch Cable Duplex LC SC 30m is a 30-metre singlemode fiber optic cable designed for indoor network connections. It features a duplex construction with one LC connector on one end and an SC connector on the other, supporting full duplex data transmission. The cable uses 9/125 µm OS2 singlemode fiber and an LSZH (Low Smoke Zero Halogen) jacket to reduce toxic fumes and corrosive gases in the event of fire, making it suitable for contained indoor environments and critical infrastructure.
The cable's LSZH outer jacket enhances safety in enclosed spaces by emitting minimal smoke and no halogenated gases when exposed to fire. Using 9/125 µm OS2 singlemode fiber ensures low attenuation and stable optical performance over longer distances. The duplex LC–SC connector arrangement provides compatibility with a range of networking equipment and allows full duplex operation for simultaneous transmit and receive channels. The 30 m length offers flexibility for rack-to-rack, equipment-to-patch-panel, or room-to-room connections without excess cable slack.
