The ACT 0.5m OS2 fiber patch cable with LC connectors is a singlemode 9/125 patch lead designed for indoor network and telecom installations. The cable uses OS2 grade singlemode fiber with a 9 µm core diameter and LSZH jacket to reduce smoke and toxic emissions in case of fire. Each cable includes LC connectors with UPC polish and is suitable for short interconnects in data centers and telecommunications racks.

Advantages

Each cable is supplied with an individual test report covering insertion loss (IL) and return loss (RL), and the end-faces are 100% inspected to ensure connector quality. The fiber uses Grade A glass and laser-precision cleaving for consistent end-face geometry. The UPC polish on LC connectors provides low back reflection suitable for singlemode applications, while the LSZH jacket improves safety in enclosed spaces.
