Check valves set 2 pcs with union fittings 3/4" Afriso 1220110
The Afriso check valves set contains two spring-loaded non-return valves with matching 3/4" union fittings intended for fluid systems where prevention of backflow is required. Designed for installation in plumbing and heating circuits, the set provides a compact solution for maintaining correct flow direction in hot water circulation loops, central heating return lines, and other closed systems that use 3/4" connections.
The valves are spring-actuated to ensure reliable sealing when flow stops, reducing the risk of reverse flow and system contamination. The included union fittings simplify installation and removal for maintenance without disturbing adjacent pipework. Constructed for compatibility with common plumbing materials, the set offers a space-efficient option for retrofit or new installations where a pair of non-return points is required.
Install each check valve inline in the pipework so that the flow direction marking on the valve corresponds to the intended fluid direction. Use the union fittings to connect the valve to the mating 3/4" pipe or component, tightening connections to appropriate torque values for the pipe material and sealing method used. Ensure the system is depressurized before installation or removal. After installation, pressurize the system and check for correct operation and leaks.
Use the check valves in systems where temperatures and fluid types match the product's intended range—typically domestic hot water and heating circuits—and avoid prolonged exposure to aggressive chemicals. Periodically inspect connections and valve seating for wear or debris and perform maintenance or replacement if reverse leakage or sticking occurs.
