Ball valve with actuator Afriso BEV 2-way DN25 (model 9021300)
The Afriso ball valve with actuator BEV 2-way DN25 is a compact valve assembly intended for on/off control of liquid and gaseous media in HVAC and industrial installations. The two-way ball design with a DN25 connection size allows straightforward integration into piping systems where automated flow shutoff or switching is required. The valve accepts a motorized or pneumatic actuator mounting interface to enable remote operation and integration with control systems.
This two-way ball valve offers a simple, robust shut-off mechanism with low flow resistance when fully open. The compact construction and standard DN25 connection facilitate retrofit and new installations. Compatibility with common actuator mounting patterns allows flexible automation options and straightforward replacement of manual valves. The design is suitable for frequent on/off cycles and supports reliable tight shut-off for liquid and gaseous media.
The valve is designed primarily for on/off applications; it is not intended for precise proportional flow control or throttling where accurate modulation is required. Media that are highly abrasive, corrosive, or contain large particulate matter may reduce service life unless appropriate material compatibility and filtration are ensured.
Install the valve in the piping with correct flow orientation and ensure secure mechanical connections to DN25 pipework. Mount a compatible actuator to the valve's actuator interface according to the actuator manufacturer's instructions, aligning drive spindles and securing coupling hardware. Connect control and power lines to the actuator and commission the assembly by performing open/close cycles, checking for proper travel, tight shut-off, and absence of leaks. Follow applicable safety procedures when working with pressurized systems and energized control equipment.
For reliable operation, install appropriate upstream filtration to prevent particulate ingress, follow actuator manufacturer torque and mounting guidelines, and perform periodic leak and cycle testing as part of routine maintenance.
