The Akpo WK-4 Dandys 50 is a wall-mounted extractor hood in black with a charcoal filter and LED lighting. Designed for compact kitchens, it offers ducted or recirculating extraction, an included motor and stainless steel housing. Its dimensions (50 cm width, depth 55 cm, adjustable height 65.5–93 cm) make it suitable for smaller spaces while providing a maximum extraction power of 434 m³/h.
The hood includes an aluminium grease filter and an activated charcoal filter option for recirculation. It comes with two 2 W LED bulbs and a built-in motor (102 W) delivering efficient ventilation. Control is by buttons across three speeds, with noise levels ranging from 52 dB (low) to 69 dB (high). Annual energy consumption is 60 kWh and the connected load is 106 W.
Install the Akpo WK-4 Dandys 50 on a suitable wall according to the mounting instructions, ensuring correct ducting if using ducted extraction or fitting the charcoal filter for recirculation. Connect the power supply consistent with local regulations. Use the button controls to select one of three fan speeds and switch the LED lighting on or off as needed. Replace or clean the aluminium grease filter regularly and change the charcoal filter as recommended by the manufacturer to maintain performance.
For quieter operation and energy-efficient use, run the hood at a lower speed for routine cooking and increase to a higher setting only when intensive extraction is required; clean the grease filter monthly and replace the charcoal filter following the frequency specified in the product manual.
