How to use

Install the chimney hood according to the manufacturer instructions, choosing either ducted or recirculating configuration and ensuring the top outlet (Ø100 mm) is connected properly for ducted operation. Adjust the chimney height to the required distance above the cooking surface (690–920 mm). Use the three‑speed control to set the extraction rate appropriate for cooking intensity and switch on the LED lights as needed. Replace or clean the aluminium grease filter regularly; install the optional charcoal filter for recirculating mode following the accessory instructions.
