Wall-mounted extractor AKPO WK-5 Elegant Turbo, 500 mm, stainless steel, 207 m³/h, 50–61 dB
The AKPO WK-5 Elegant Turbo wall-mounted extractor in stainless steel is a compact 500 mm hood designed for standard domestic kitchens. It supports both ducted and recirculating operation and delivers a maximum extraction rate of 207 m³/h driven by a 100 W motor (connected load 156 W). The unit includes two 28 W bulbs positioned at the front for task lighting, a carbon grease filter for air recirculation, scroll control for selecting fan speed, and an energy efficiency class C rating. Noise levels range from 50 dB on low to 61 dB on high.
The stainless steel housing provides corrosion resistance and a neutral appearance that fits a variety of kitchen styles. Dual front lighting improves visibility over the cooktop while the included carbon grease filter enables installation in recirculating mode where external ducting is not available. Scroll control offers straightforward operation and the moderate motor power supports everyday cooking extraction needs without excessive energy consumption.
Install the AKPO WK-5 Elegant Turbo on a suitable wall surface above the cooking area following the manufacturer’s mounting instructions and local installation rules for ventilation systems. Choose ducted or recirculating configuration before final installation and fit the appropriate outlet or carbon filter accordingly. Use the scroll control to select the required fan speed and switch on the front lights to illuminate the hob. Operate the hood while cooking to capture steam, smoke and odours, increasing fan speed for heavier frying or boiling.
Disconnect the extractor from the power supply before performing any cleaning or maintenance. Replace or clean the carbon grease filter according to the frequency recommended by the manufacturer to maintain extraction performance. For quieter operation and longer service life, run the hood on low speed where possible and use higher speeds only when necessary.
