Coaxial cable Alcasa S-PAK50S 50 m, IEC to IEC, Black
Alcasa S-PAK50S 50 m coaxial cable with IEC male-to-female connectors is designed for transmitting TV and radio signals over a single long run. The cable is supplied in black and sold as one piece per pack, providing a straightforward wired link between set-top boxes, televisions, tuners and distribution points in homes or commercial installations. With a characteristic impedance suitable for broadcast equipment, this cable supports standard analogue and digital RF connections where IEC connectors are required.
The Alcasa S-PAK50S combines a 50 metre length with standard IEC male and female straight connectors to simplify installation across larger rooms or between floors. Its 75 Ω characteristic impedance matches common TV and radio equipment, reducing signal reflection and maintaining stable reception when correctly installed. The black outer jacket offers a neutral appearance for indoor installations and helps conceal the cable along walls or behind furniture.
Route the cable from the source device (for example, a set-top box or antenna wall socket) to the receiving device (television, tuner or receiver) ensuring the run avoids sharp bends and sources of electrical interference. Connect the IEC male end to the output of the source device and the IEC female to the input of the receiving device, or vice versa depending on the socket orientation. Verify secure, hand-tight connections at both ends and test the signal; tighten connectors only by hand to avoid damaging connector shells.
For best performance, keep cable runs away from mains power cables and large electrical appliances that may introduce interference. Avoid kinking or sharply bending the cable and use cable clips or trunking for neat routing. If you require outdoor runs or connections exposed to moisture, choose a cable rated for outdoor use or use appropriate weatherproofing accessories.
