How to use

Install the sauna on a stable, level surface following the manufacturer’s assembly instructions. Select and install a compatible sauna oven from the accessories tab, follow electrical or fuel installation requirements if applicable, and ensure the ventilation system is connected. Preheat the sauna to the desired dry-heat temperature before use. Sit or recline on the benches, use the bucket and ladle to add small amounts of water to stones only if the chosen heater permits, and monitor time and temperature with the provided thermohygrometer and hourglass.

Usage recommendations

Limit individual sessions to recommended durations (commonly 10–30 minutes) and stay hydrated.
