Dry sauna AMUE AMO-EA3S XL is a compact Finnish-style dry sauna with external dimensions 150 × 150 × 200 cm, designed for up to three people. Made from Canadian pine and fitted with 8 mm tempered glass, the cabin includes insulation and a Harvia VEGA BC45 stove to deliver conventional dry sauna conditions at home or in small commercial settings.

How to use

Install the sauna on a level surface according to the manufacturer’s instructions and connect it to a suitable 220–240 V / 50 Hz power supply. Preheat the Harvia VEGA BC45 stove until the cabin reaches the desired temperature (40–80 °C); typical warm-up time is about 30 minutes. Place water on the stove stones as needed to produce steam in a dry sauna session, monitor temperature and humidity with the thermohygrometer, and use the backrest and LED color therapy as desired during the session.

Usage recommendations

Use the sauna in sessions of moderate duration, commonly 15–30 minutes, stay hydrated before and after use, and avoid extreme temperatures if you have cardiovascular or respiratory conditions. Himalayan salt plates may contribute to air ionization and a relaxing atmosphere but do not replace medical treatment for respiratory or health issues.
