How to use

Install the sauna on a level, stable surface outdoors following the manufacturer’s installation instructions and electrical connection requirements (380–400 V, 50 Hz). Preheat the oven to the desired temperature (40–80 °C); typical heating time is about 30 minutes. Enter the cabin and sit or recline on the benches; use the included backrest and LED color therapy as desired. Follow safe sauna practices such as limiting session time and remaining hydrated.
