How to use

Install the sauna in a dry, ventilated indoor location with access to the required 220–240V electrical supply and follow local electrical regulations. Place the Harvia VEGA BC45 oven according to manufacturer instructions, load the supplied stones and switch on the heater. Allow approximately 30 minutes for the cabin to reach the selected temperature (40–80 °C). Use the wooden backrest and benches for seating; use the bucket and ladle to add small amounts of water to the stones if a brief increase in humidity is desired, following oven manufacturer guidelines.
