The Ankarsrum Assistent Original AKM6230 is a hand-assembled Swedish stand mixer designed since 1940 for heavy-duty home baking and small-scale professional use. It combines a powerful 1500 W motor, a unique gearbox with motor feedback for regulated speed under load, and a large 7-litre stainless-steel bowl that can handle up to 5 kg of dough or 1.5 L of dough liquid. The model comes as a basic package with essential accessories including a stainless-steel bowl, dough roller, dough knife, dough hook, spatula, proving lid, a 3.5 L Tritan whisking bowl, balloon whisks, shortcrust hooks, chrome-plated zinc handle and control knobs, and a recipe book.
