The APC PM1WU2-GR surge protector provides essential protection for individual devices with a single 230 V AC outlet. Designed for home and office use, it combines surge energy absorption, noise filtering and data-line protection in a compact white housing to reduce risk from lightning strikes, wiring faults and transient voltage spikes.

Advantages

The unit includes MOVs and a thermal fuse to react instantly to surges and wiring faults; if the surge components are damaged the device disconnects the load to prevent further energy from reaching connected equipment. Built-in EMI/RFI filtering reduces line noise that can cause data errors or input lockups. The protector is tested to industry let-through standards, providing low let-through voltages for improved protection, and features a wiring-fault indicator LED plus a protection working indicator.
