Arangül Elbow PE 25x3/4M is a polyethylene elbow with a 25 mm socket and a 3/4" male threaded outlet. It is intended to connect PE piping to threaded components, providing a corrosion-resistant transition between plastic pipeline and metal-threaded valves or fittings. The fitting is suitable for water distribution, irrigation systems and other low-maintenance piping applications where a reliable connection between PE pipe and threaded fixtures is required.
The polyethylene construction makes the elbow lightweight, flexible and chemically resistant, delivering long service life with minimal maintenance. The design allows secure connection to 25 mm PE pipe while the 3/4" male thread permits attachment to standard threaded valves or adapters. PE material performs well at low temperatures without becoming brittle, which supports use in cold environments and heating-related pipework.
Prepare the 25 mm PE pipe end by cutting square and removing burrs. Join the PE socket end according to the chosen PE connection method (e.g., electrofusion, butt fusion or mechanical compression fitting) following the connector and pipe manufacturer instructions. Apply appropriate thread sealant or tape to the 3/4" male thread before screwing into the mating threaded valve or fitting to ensure a leak-free joint. Test the assembled connection under working pressure before putting the system into regular operation.
Use compatible joining techniques and follow local regulations for pressure ratings and temperature limits. Avoid exposure to incompatible chemicals and protect threaded metal connections from galvanic corrosion when joining dissimilar metals.
