Connector PE 25x1F Arangül – polyethylene pipe connector 25 mm x 1F
Connector PE 25x1F Arangül – polyethylene pipe connector 25 mm x 1F
Connector PE 25x1F Arangül is a polyethylene pipe connector designed to join 25 mm PE pipes to a 1" female threaded fitting. Manufactured from durable polyethylene, the connector provides a reliable transition between PE piping and threaded components such as valves, adapters, or faucets. It is intended for plumbing, irrigation and other low-pressure systems where a secure connection between flexible PE lines and standard threaded parts is required.
The polyethylene construction offers flexibility, chemical resistance and long service life while remaining resistant to low-temperature embrittlement. The connector enables a secure mechanical and sealed link between PE pipe and a 1" female thread without the need for rigid metal adaptors. Its design simplifies installation in water distribution, garden irrigation and other low-pressure applications.
Prepare the 25 mm PE pipe by cutting a clean, square end and deburring if necessary. Insert the pipe into the connector according to the manufacturer’s fitting method (push-fit, compression or fusion as appropriate for the specific Arangül connector model) and secure the 1" female threaded side to the corresponding male thread using appropriate thread sealing (PTFE tape or thread sealant) as required. Ensure all connections are tightened to the recommended torque and test the assembly under operating pressure to verify there are no leaks.
Use this connector only within the intended temperature and pressure limits for polyethylene piping. For pressurized potable water installations, verify material suitability and local regulations. Avoid exposure to aggressive chemicals not compatible with PE and perform periodic checks for leaks and mechanical wear.
