Acrylic Air Paint Army Painter Warpaints Air Ultramarine Blue 31g liquid
Army Painter Warpaints Air Ultramarine Blue 31g is an air-compatible acrylic paint formulated for airbrush use and detailed model work. Supplied in a liquid 31 g bottle, this ultramarine blue is pre-mixed and airbrush-ready, offering consistent flow and reliable pigmentation for miniatures, scale models and other hobby projects. The paint is part of the Warpaints Air range, developed with an ultra-filtered pigment and a Triad System that pairs each colour with matching Base and Highlight shades to simplify shading and highlighting workflows. The bottle includes two steel mixing balls to ensure uniform consistency before and during use. Not suitable for children under 36 months.
The formula is ready to use from the bottle without additional thinning, which reduces preparation time for both beginners and experienced hobbyists. Ultra-filtered pigments provide smooth application and even coverage when airbrushing or applying thin layers by hand. The Triad System simplifies colour matching for basecoats and highlights, helping to achieve cohesive results across entire models or armies. Included mixing balls help maintain consistent pigment suspension and prevent settling during storage and use.
Shake the bottle vigorously to activate the pre-loaded mixing balls and ensure even pigment suspension. For airbrushing, remove the cap and use the paint directly from the bottle; standard siphon or gravity-feed airbrushes typically require no additional thinning. Test spray on a surface or palette to confirm flow and adjust airbrush pressure as needed. For brushwork, apply in thin, controlled layers to build coverage and avoid obscuring fine details. Allow proper drying time between coats according to ambient conditions.
Store upright in a cool, dry place and shake before each use to maintain uniform consistency. Use appropriate ventilation and a suitable mask when airbrushing. Keep out of reach of young children and follow any additional safety instructions on the label.
