Acrylic air paint Army Painter Warpaints Air Coven Purple 30 g
Army Painter Warpaints Air Coven Purple is a 30 g, water-based acrylic airbrush paint formulated for miniature and model painting. The paint is supplied pre-mixed and airbrush-ready for thin, consistent sprays, making it suitable for basecoats, glazing and subtle shading on models and figures. The liquid formula contains ultra-filtered pigments and the bottle arrives with two steel mixing balls to ensure uniform colour and easy blending before use. Not suitable for children under 36 months.
This acrylic air paint requires no additional thinning and is ready to use straight from the bottle, which speeds up preparation and reduces waste. The ultra-filtered pigment delivers vibrant, even coverage appropriate for base layers and transparent glazing effects. The paint is part of a coordinated Triad System where each colour pairs with a matching Base and Highlight tone, simplifying highlighting and zenithal shading for cohesive and consistent results across miniature armies. Pre-loaded mixing balls improve pigment distribution and make intermittent shaking quick and effective.
Shake the bottle to activate the included mixing balls and ensure uniform pigment distribution. Pour or load the pre-mixed paint into your airbrush reservoir according to the airbrush manufacturer’s recommendations. Apply thin, even passes at appropriate air pressure for your airbrush and nozzle size, building coverage in multiple light layers rather than a single heavy coat. For detailed work or edge highlights, use corresponding Warpaints Acrylics Base and Highlight colours from the Triad System to achieve controlled transitions and shading.
Store the paint upright in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight. Clean airbrush components after each session with suitable cleaner or water to prevent clogging. Test spray on a scrap surface before working on finished models to confirm spray pattern and colour intensity. Keep out of reach of young children and follow standard safety guidelines for acrylic paints.
