How to use

Shake the bottle before use to ensure pigment is evenly suspended. Apply with a fine brush to areas where shading or rust accumulation is required, allowing the wash to flow naturally into recesses. Remove excess from raised surfaces with a clean brush or by dabbing with a paper towel while the wash is still wet, or allow to dry and then refine highlights with base paints. Thin with water or an acrylic medium if a lighter effect is desired. Test on a spare part or undercoat to confirm the intended result before applying to a finished model.

Usage recommendations

For best results, prime and basecoat the miniature before applying the wash; a mid-tone base will yield the most natural rust effect.
