Paint Marker Army Painter Speedpaint Marker Absolution Green (1 pc)
The Army Painter Speedpaint Marker in Absolution Green is a portable paint marker designed for hobbyists and miniature painters. It contains the Speedpaint 2.0 formula to provide shading and highlights in a single coat, making it suitable for quick basecoats, details, and touch-ups on miniatures, models and small craft projects. The Felt‑Tech tip offers controlled flow and precision so you can paint without needing a palette, water cup or additional tools.
This marker combines the Speedpaint 2.0 paint formula with a molded Felt‑Tech tip to deliver shadowing and highlighting effects in one pass. It is compact and easy to carry, enabling fast, mess‑free painting away from a full workstation. The design reduces setup and cleanup time while allowing precise application for both larger areas and finer details.
Because the marker uses a single, pre-mixed formula, it may not replace traditional brush work when you need full control over blending, very thin glazes, or custom-mixed colours. For very fine freehand work smaller than the tip size, a fine brush may still be preferable.
Shake the marker well before use to mix the Speedpaint 2.0 formula. Uncap and press the tip down briefly on a scrap surface until the paint flows. Apply evenly over the area, using the tip’s edge for finer lines and the flat face for broader coverage. Allow to dry between layers if additional coverage is desired. Clean the tip by capping securely after use to prevent drying.
For best results, prime the miniature with a suitable primer, shake the marker thoroughly before each session, and practice on a spare piece to gauge coverage. Use the tip’s edge for lines and the flat side for basecoating. Store capped upright or horizontally in a cool place to maintain tip condition.
