Army Painter Speedpaint 2.0 Marker in Sand Golem (orange) is a single-piece paint marker made for quick, precise application on miniatures and models. It contains the Speedpaint 2.0 formula that applies shadows and highlights in one coat and is supplied with a felt tip designed for controlled flow and fine detail work without the need for palettes, water cups, or mixing.
The marker delivers consistent orange coverage with a single pass, combining shading and highlighting properties of the Speedpaint 2.0 formula. Its Felt-Tech tip offers accuracy and smooth paint flow for small areas and details, while the marker form factor makes painting portable and reduces setup and cleanup time.
The marker is not intended to replace brush techniques for large-area basecoating where a brush or airbrush can be faster and more even. For highly blended transitions or glazing techniques, traditional brushes and thinned paints may provide better control and smoother gradients than a marker.
Shake the marker well before use and uncap. Test the flow on a scrap surface, then apply directly to the miniature for detail work, small area basecoats, or touch-ups. Use light, controlled strokes to build coverage; allow the coat to dry before adding further layers or varnish. Store capped on its side or per manufacturer guidance to maintain tip saturation.
For best results use the Speedpaint 2.0 Marker on primed miniatures and apply light passes. Combine with brush-applied paints when blending or glazing is required; keep a small test model or scrap for checking coverage and drying behaviour.
