5-port PoE switch ATTE xPoE-6-11-OF — 802.3af/802.3at compatible
ATTE xPoE-6-11-OF is a 5-port Power over Ethernet (PoE) switch compatible with IEEE 802.3af and 802.3at standards. The device supplies both data and power over standard Ethernet cables to connected equipment, enabling simplified cabling and faster deployment for small networks and edge installations. Its compact form factor and straightforward connectivity make it suitable for feeding IP cameras, wireless access points and VoIP phones with a single-cable solution.
The ATTE xPoE-6-11-OF supports legacy and newer PoE devices through compliance with 802.3af and 802.3at, ensuring broad compatibility. By delivering power and data over the same cable, it reduces the need for separate power sources and simplifies installation and maintenance. The five-port layout provides enough connectivity for small systems while keeping footprint and energy consumption low. Designed for reliable operation in edge environments, it minimizes cabling complexity and speeds up device commissioning.
Connect the ATTE xPoE-6-11-OF to your network switch or router using a regular Ethernet cable on an uplink port. Plug PoE-capable devices such as cameras, access points or VoIP phones into the PoE ports; the switch will negotiate power delivery automatically according to 802.3af/at. Ensure the upstream network provides the required bandwidth and route management as needed. Position the switch in a ventilated location and use appropriate cable lengths and quality to maintain signal and power integrity.
Use Cat5e or higher rated Ethernet cables for optimal power and data transmission, and verify the cumulative power budget of connected devices does not exceed the switch’s total available PoE power. For critical installations, test device boot and operation with the switch before final mounting and ensure adequate ventilation around the unit.
