Air Compressor AWTOOLS AW10001 8 Bar 24L Tank Power 1.5kW
The AWTOOLS AW10001 air compressor combines a 1.5 kW motor with a 24 L powder-coated steel tank and delivers up to 8 bar of pressure. It is built with a single oil-lubricated cylinder and direct drive, and includes an integrated pressure switch with a relief valve and a pressure regulator with two gauges. The unit has durable wheels and a transport handle for relocation. Designed in Poland to supply compressed air for painting, blowing, cleaning, sandblasting, pumping and screwing tasks.
Robust construction with a thick powder-coated steel tank improves corrosion resistance and longevity. The oil-lubricated pump and direct drive provide steady performance and reliable operation under continuous use. Built-in pressure control and a relief valve enhance safety, while the dual-gauge regulator allows easy monitoring of tank and outlet pressure. Compact footprint with wheels and a transport handle makes it easier to move and store.
This compressor’s 24 L tank and 1.5 kW motor are intended for light to medium-duty work; it may not provide sufficient continuous airflow for large-scale industrial applications or extended operation of multiple high-demand pneumatic tools simultaneously. For heavy production lines or long continuous sandblasting sessions, a larger capacity and higher-powered compressor would be more appropriate.
Place the compressor on a stable, level surface and connect to a suitable power supply following local electrical regulations. Check oil level if applicable before starting. Open the tank drain valve to remove any moisture accumulation periodically. Set the desired outlet pressure with the regulator and monitor both gauges during operation. Use appropriate hoses and fittings rated for the working pressure and follow safety guidelines for the pneumatic tools in use. After use, switch off the compressor, release pressure from connected hoses, and store in a dry area.
For intermittent workshop tasks and DIY projects, operate the compressor in short cycles and allow cooling periods to preserve pump life. Drain the tank regularly to prevent corrosion and change oil at manufacturer-recommended intervals to maintain performance.
