AWTOOLS AW10402 air compressor accessory
pay in 3 equal parts
AWTOOLS AW10402 air compressor accessory is a mobile grease lubrication unit designed for use with compressed air systems. The unit features a solid, tightly sealed steel tank with a protective cover and powder-coated finish. It dispenses lubricant by a piston driven by compressed air and includes a grease control gun with a long high-pressure 4 m hose and a flexible hose with a 4-jaw coupler compatible with standard grease nipples. The design includes a pressure relief valve that allows pressure to be released without disconnecting from the lubrication point, and two wheels plus a handle for convenient transport.
The sealed steel tank and powder coating provide durable protection against corrosion and mechanical damage, extending service life in workshop and field conditions. The piston-driven dispensing mechanism ensures consistent lubricant delivery under air pressure, while the 4 m high-pressure hose increases reach and flexibility during maintenance tasks. The 4-jaw coupler fits standard grease nipples for reliable coupling, and the pressure relief valve improves safety and ease of use by allowing pressure removal without disconnecting fittings. Mobility is supported by two wheels and an ergonomic handle for quick relocation.
Fill the sealed steel tank with the appropriate lubricant following the lubricant manufacturer's recommendations. Connect the unit to a compressed air source according to the compressor and unit connection requirements. Use the grease control gun to apply lubricant to the lubrication point; the piston-driven system will deliver grease through the 4 m hose and 4-jaw coupler. When the required amount of lubricant has been applied, use the pressure relief valve to relieve pressure before disconnecting the coupler if needed. Move the unit using the handle and wheels for positioning at different service points.
Use the unit with lubricants and grease types recommended for the specific bearings or components to avoid incompatibility. Regularly inspect hoses, couplers and seals for wear or damage and keep the tank clean to prevent contamination. Ensure the compressed air supply meets the pressure and cleanliness requirements of the lubrication system.
