Oil Pump AWTOOLS AW10415BL
The AWTOOLS AW10415BL oil pump is a pneumatic oil transfer unit designed for efficient extraction and handling of motor oil and transmission fluids. Constructed from high-quality powder-coated steel and weighing 20 kg, it combines robust build quality with portability. The unit features a transparent collection chamber, pressure gauge, level indicator, pressure regulator and safety pressure valve, and it supports both gravity drainage via an adjustable bowl and suction drainage using supplied probes for simultaneous transfer into two tanks.
The pump's powder-coated steel construction provides corrosion resistance and long service life in workshop environments. Pneumatic operation makes it suitable for use with standard air compressors, delivering consistent suction power without relying on electrical power. The transparent chamber enables visual inspection of oil quantity and condition, while the pressure gauge, regulator and safety valve allow precise control and safe operation. Four plastic wheels, including two swivel wheels and a handle, ensure simple manoeuvrability across garage floors.
Connect the AWTOOLS AW10415BL to a suitable air compressor following the compressor manufacturer's specifications. Position the unit so the adjustable bowl or suction probes are aligned with the oil drain point. For gravity drainage, adjust the bowl height and allow oil to flow into the collection chamber. For suction drainage, insert the supplied probes into the oil source and open the pneumatic supply; monitor the transparent chamber and level indicator to track collected fluid. Use the pressure regulator to set the required suction level and consult the pressure gauge to ensure operation within safe limits. When transferring to tanks, route each probe to its respective tank and monitor until the required volume is reached. Close valves and safely depressurise the system before disconnecting or performing maintenance.
Use appropriate personal protective equipment and follow local regulations for handling and disposing of waste oil. Operate the pump with a clean, correctly sized air supply and perform routine inspections of hoses, probes and seals. Avoid exceeding recommended pressure limits and keep the transparent chamber free of debris to ensure accurate visual checks.
