AWTools dirty water pump with float 650W AW85021
AWTools dirty water pump with float 650W AW85021
The AWTools dirty water pump with float 650W AW85021 is a submersible pump designed for removal of dirty, waste and flood water that contains suspended solids. The unit features a 650W motor housed in impact-resistant plastic and an integrated float switch for automatic on/off operation. Built-in thermal overload protection safeguards the motor against overheating while an angle adapter enables attachment of hoses of different diameters. The pump includes an ergonomic handle for easy transport and is intended for dewatering, sewage transfer and emergency water removal in domestic and light-construction settings.
This pump combines a robust 650W drive with a durable impact-resistant plastic housing to provide reliable operation in harsh conditions. The integrated float switch offers automatic activation and shutdown according to water level, reducing the need for manual monitoring. Thermal overload cut-out protects the motor from damage in case of prolonged use or blockage. The angle adapter and ergonomic handle increase operational flexibility and ease of handling during installation and transport.
Place the pump fully submerged at the lowest practical point of the flooded area or container on a stable surface. Connect an appropriate hose to the angle adapter and route the discharge hose to a suitable drainage location. Ensure the float switch can move freely and is not obstructed. When the float rises with the water level, the pump will start automatically; it will stop when the water level drops and the float returns to the off position. Monitor the pump during the first operation and check the hose connections, then allow the thermal overload device to protect the motor in case of excessive load.
For reliable performance, use hoses matched to the angle adapter dimensions and avoid running the pump dry. Remove large obstacles or abrasive debris from the immediate area before operation to reduce wear. For long-term or frequent use in construction or sewage transfer, regularly inspect the float switch, hose connections and housing for damage and clean the pump intake to maintain flow capacity.
