The product is free of PFOA, nickel and heavy metals and is oven-safe up to 230°C.
The two-base removable system increases versatility by allowing different cake shapes without needing multiple pans. The nonstick surface reduces the need for excess fats and simplifies cleaning after use. A side opening accelerates and protects the release of delicate cakes and cupcakes. Materials and coating are produced without PFOA, nickel and heavy metals, and the pan is suitable for oven temperatures up to 230°C, supporting common home-baking requirements.
Select the appropriate base (flat for cheesecakes and sponge layers, conical for pound cakes) and assemble it securely in the round pan. Lightly grease the nonstick surface if the recipe recommends it, pour the batter evenly and bake in a preheated oven at the temperature specified in your recipe, not exceeding 230°C. After baking, allow the cake to cool slightly before releasing via the side opening to avoid damage. For cupcakes, use paper liners or portion batter into molds placed inside the pan as directed by your recipe.
Hand washing with warm soapy water and a soft sponge is recommended to preserve the nonstick coating. Avoid using metal utensils or abrasive cleaners that can scratch the surface.
