Product information

Description

The Baseus SUGX020012 is a reliable silver passive holder designed specifically for mobile phones and smartphones in vehicles. This car vent mount securely holds your device while driving, ensuring easy access and clear visibility for navigation and hands-free calls. Crafted from a combination of durable aluminium and protective silicone, its sleek silver design seamlessly complements modern car interiors while providing both functionality and long-lasting durability.

Advantages

This smartphone car mount offers a secure grip on your mobile device even on bumpy roads, protecting your phone from scratches thanks to the soft silicone contact points. The aluminium construction ensures structural strength while maintaining a lightweight profile. Its mounting mechanism attaches firmly to standard vehicle ventilation grilles, positioning your phone at a comfortable viewing angle without obstructing the windshield. The passive holder design allows for quick, one-handed placement and removal of your mobile device.

Suitable for

Mounting smartphones on car ventilation grilles for GPS navigation
Drivers seeking a secure and accessible location for hands-free communication
Daily commuters looking for a durable and stylish car mount solution

When it may not be suitable

This passive holder may not be compatible with non-standard, circular, or unusually thick car air vent louvers. It is also not suitable for tablets or larger mobile devices that exceed the standard dimensions and weight capacity of smartphone ventilation mounts.

Key specifications

Device mount type: Car vent mount
Mounting type: Passive holder
Materials: Aluminium and silicone
Product colour: Silver
Proper use: Car
Compatible device type: Mobile phone and smartphone

How to use

Attach the car vent mount firmly onto one of the louvers of your vehicle ventilation grille, ensuring it is locked securely in place. Adjust the position if necessary to achieve your preferred viewing angle. Gently slide your mobile phone or smartphone into the passive holder, where the silicone surfaces will hold it securely in position. To remove your device, simply lift it upward out of the holder with one hand.

What to consider before purchase

Verify the layout and compatibility of your vehicle air vents with standard clip-on mounts
Check the dimensions and weight of your smartphone to ensure a secure fit within the holder
Consider whether you prefer a ventilation grille placement over dashboard or windshield mounting options

Usage recommendations: Regularly check the ventilation mount attachment to ensure it remains firmly fixed to the car vent. Avoid applying excessive force when inserting or removing your smartphone to preserve the longevity of both the mount and your vehicle air vent louvers.
