How to use

Place the scale on a firm, level surface and insert the three AAA batteries provided. Step onto the scale barefoot for body composition measurement and remain still until the values appear on the LCD. To sync measurements with the beurer HealthManager Pro app, enable Bluetooth on your smartphone and open the app while within Bluetooth range; data will transfer automatically. You can also set a user directly on the scale and read the values without connecting to the app.

Usage recommendations

For consistent tracking, weigh yourself at the same time of day, ideally in the morning after using the toilet and before eating. Use bare feet for body composition readings and avoid heavy exercise, large fluid intake or alcohol immediately before measurement to reduce variability.
