How to use

Place the scale on a flat, hard surface and step on the center of the standing surface barefoot to ensure good contact with the stainless steel electrodes. Use the tap-on feature to activate the display, select the desired unit (kg, lb or st) and let the scale complete the body composition analysis. Usage recommendations
