Book and Notebook Self-Adhesive PVC Cover A4 — Biurfol OZ-54
Biurfol Book and Notebook Self-Adhesive PVC Cover A4 — OZ-54 is a transparent protective film designed to wrap A4-size textbooks, notebooks and documents. The self-adhesive PVC sheet provides a smooth, clear surface that resists dirt, moisture and abrasion while preserving printed details and cover artwork. The product is intended for everyday school and office use and can be applied without additional glue or tools, forming a protective barrier along edges and corners.
The transparent PVC material offers durable surface protection while maintaining full visibility of covers and titles. A self-adhesive backing simplifies application, eliminating the need for separate adhesives and reducing application time. The film is thin and flexible enough to conform to book spines and cover contours, yet sturdy enough to reduce tearing, scuffing and liquid penetration. Its smooth finish allows for easy cleaning of spills and fingerprints.
Clean the book or notebook cover surface from dust and grease before application. Unroll or cut the PVC sheet to slightly larger than the cover dimensions, peel back a small portion of the backing paper, align the leading edge with the cover and gradually press the film down while peeling the backing away. Smooth the film from the centre outward to remove air pockets and ensure full adhesion along edges and corners. Trim any excess material with a sharp blade and fold or tuck the film neatly around the spine if required.
For best results, apply at room temperature on a flat surface and use a soft squeegee or cloth to smooth the film. Avoid stretching during application to prevent lifting at the edges. Store unused sheets flat and protected from direct sunlight to preserve adhesive performance.
