The BlueOptics AV2B-BO InfiniBand/fibre optic cable 1 m MPO 4x LC/LC LC/APC Aqua is a 1-metre multimode OM3 patch cable designed for high-speed data links and full-duplex connections. It combines an MPO multi-fiber connector on one end with four LC duplex connectors on the other, enabling compact trunking to multiple LC ports. The cable is intended for use in data centres, server racks and switch interconnects where short-range, high-bandwidth multimode fibre is required.
This OM3 fibre cable supports high bandwidth and low attenuation over short distances typical for enterprise and data centre environments. The MPO to 4x LC configuration simplifies cabling by converting a multi-fibre trunk into separate LC duplex channels, reducing connector density and saving rack space. The use of LC/APC and LC/LC terminations provides reliable mating with corresponding transceivers and patch panels. The 50 µm core diameter and OM3 classification enable compatibility with common multimode transceivers and InfiniBand interconnects.
Connect the MPO connector to the corresponding MPO port on the trunk cable or switch module, ensuring correct alignment of keying and polarity.
