SFP+ Transceiver CBO D4J5V Fiber Optic 10Gbps
SFP+ transceiver CBO D4J5V Fiber Optic 10Gbps is a hot-pluggable optical module designed to provide 10 Gigabit Ethernet connectivity for compatible network equipment. Built for insertion into SFP+ ports on switches, routers and servers, this BlueOptics module supports high-speed fiber links and can be used to upgrade or replace existing 10GbE optical connections. The module enables reliable data transmission over fiber when paired with the appropriate optical cable and transceiver on the opposite end.
The transceiver offers 10 Gbps line-rate performance with low power consumption and a compact SFP+ form factor for dense port deployments. Hot-pluggable design minimizes downtime during installation or replacement. It is engineered to meet common industry interoperability expectations for use in standard data center and enterprise network environments, allowing straightforward integration with compatible equipment.
Ensure network devices support SFP+ optics and are compatible with third-party transceivers. Power down the port or follow live-insertion procedures recommended by the equipment manufacturer, then insert the module into an empty SFP+ slot until it clicks into place. Connect an appropriate LC fiber patch cord between this transceiver and the matching transceiver at the remote end. Configure network settings on the switch, router or server as required for 10GbE operation and verify link status through device management interfaces.
Use certified LC fiber patch cords and ensure the remote transceiver and fiber type match the intended link distance. Handle the optical connectors with care, keep protective caps on when not in use, and follow manufacturer guidelines for electrostatic discharge (ESD) protection to avoid damage during installation.
